A lot of people are not familiar with the Dallas ethnic dining scene. New York, Houston, and San Francisco seem to have much more variety in eating out. But lurking beneath the flashy chain-restaurant scene, there are many authentic ethnic restaurants to be found in Dallas. From Vietnamese Pho to Nigerian Fufu, I would like to share my love of all things authentic. And I would love to meet others with similar interest and learn from them.
